Buckwheat Pancakes with Maple Syrup
250ml milk + 1 egg + 1 tsp baking powder + 100g buckwheat flour + 50g plain flour.
Fry in 1 tsp oil. Flip. Serve drizzled with maple syrup and a cup of earl grey tea.
